Getting to Bonn and to Hotel Mozart
The closest airport is Cologne-Bonn (CGN), other possible choices are Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) and Frankfurt/Main International Airport (FRA).
From Cologne-Bonn Airport to Bonn Central Station
There is a frequent shuttle bus connection from Cologne-Bonn Airport to Bonn main station. The trip takes approx. 30 minutes and costs 7.20 €. A taxi trip will cost ca. 40 €.
From Düsseldorf Airport to Bonn Central Station
The airport encompasses a railway station which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Please follow the signs.
At Düsseldorf Flughafen railway station, you have to buy a train ticket at the counter before you start, unless the train trip is already included in your flight fare. Touchpad ticket machines give you information on price and schedule of your trip in many languages.
The most convenient (and cheapest!) train is the direct regional train which has final destination "Koblenz". It departs from 5:50h to 19:50h each hour and takes 65min. The price is 15,70€. There are several other ways to go to Bonn by train, where you have to change at Düsseldorf main station and/or Cologne main station. Their price is between 18€ and 25€.
From Frankfurt Airport to Bonn Central Station
The airport encompasses a railway station which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Follow the signs for “FERNBAHNHOF”.
You have to buy a train ticket at the counter before you start, unless the train trip is already included in your flight fare. There are two options to reach Bonn:
1. The cheap and beautiful option: By IC train along the scenic Rhine via Mainz directly to Bonn central train station (Hauptbahnhof), travel time ca 90 minutes, price around 38€.
2. The fancy and expensive option: By highspeed ICE to Siegburg (Bonn), travel time ca 45 minutes, and then take tram 66 to Bonn central train station (Hauptbahnhof ), approx. 25 minutes. This connection costs 63,50€.

Hint: Deutsche Bahn offers special prices (19€) for long distance trains if the ticket is bought at least 3 days in advance. You might consider this option for your way back. Special offer tickets can be bought also online and printed out by yourself. Your credit card / ID will be asked for identification in the train.
From Bonn Central Station to Hotel Mozart
Hotel MOZART is very close to the train station. Either you walk (approx. 10 minutes) or you take a bus (lines 604, 605, 606, 607) from platform E and get off at the second stop “Bachstrasse”. Walk back the road the bus came along a few meters, on the left hand side you will find Hotel Mozart.
Ticket: You have to buy a ticket for short distances “Kurzstrecke” (note: the ticket for the Airport Shuttle is also valid on the day of arrival for one bus trip in Bonn).
