Richard Schubert

I am a mathematician and currently work as postdoctoral researcher at University of Bonn at the Institute for Applied Mathematics

I am interested in problems of applied analysis, mostly in the PDE setting but with a strong Calculus of Variations flavour. Topics I work on include

In my research I combine methods from fluid dynamics, kinetic theory, homogenization, the calculus of variations and the theory of gradient flows.
